Production is often accompanied by high risk; therefore the development of methods and approaches to assessment and management of production with significant risk is an urgent task. We believe that the classic FMEA analysis is flawed. Modern FMEA analysis should become an interactive procedure which accumulates and safes and provides access to the mature technologies of risk reduction during all production cycles. To the effect you must change the procedure expert assessment and adverse event method for the determination of the number of risk, requiring corrective and preventive actions. A new approach to risk analysis is found, while several inconsistencies arise, causes or consequences. It has been proven that in such circumstances it is necessary to do the recalculation of priority threshold value number of foreground amount of risks.
