I considered the concepts quality of life, social responsibility, corporate social responsibility, subjects of social responsibility and social management. Besides, I analyzed the base international standards and others documents, regulating activity of the enterprises and organizations in the social sphere. Its documents are instruments of creation of social management.
Social management has to provide achievement of the social objects set by the organization through implementation of social programs. In the organization it has to become a basis for the corporate management system creation. For this purpose, in my opinion, it is expedient to use the IC CSR-08260008000 standard and System of voluntary certification of INTERSOTsSERT developed by the RQA. Thanks to them any organization can coordinate systemically the efforts in social activity, and also confirm compliance of the social responsibility to requirements of the standard.
