Development of the kompetentsiology is very important to improve business performance in a variety of industries. In our research, we have proved the necessity of forming kompetentsiology as an independent scientific discipline. In this regard, we have considered laws kompetentsiology, studied the structure of competence, defined logical connections of kompetentsiology with other disciplines and described the contents and nature of monitoring and diagnostic competence innovators. In addition, we have elaborated on the inadmissibility of renaming the qualifications and competence by explaining their differences, suggested indicators and methodology for assessing the competence and have shown kompetentsiology importance for the development of expert and assessment activities in the economy and society.
As a result of this study can be considered fixed interest of business owners and investors to obtain complete, accurate and reliable information on the personnel competence.
Improving competence involves increase in the efficiency of social and economic management, which is especially important in overcoming the crisis.
Kompetentsiology can be recognized as an important structural element of social and economic governance.
