Introduction of Technical regulations of Eurasian Economic Union EAEU 037/2016 since March 1, 2018 has set up new requirements to electrical and electronic product concerning limitation of harmful materials in their compositional design out and manufacturing.
I examined the content, goals and objectives of the TR EAEU. The analysis of the main provisions of the document showed that this technical regulation introduces strict norms of the manufacturer direct responsibility for the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic product at the stage of their development and production, and the seller and importer for the release of products to the markets of the EAEC.
I consider that the introduction of the TP EAEU 037/2016 prevents the end-user from contacting products with harmful substances, reduces the risks of employees engaged in both the manufacture of such products and the repeated use of materials used in its manufacture.
