The  key  factor  influencing  the  dynamics  of  innovation  is  the  presence  of  effective 

demand for sustainable innovation and possibility of its satisfaction.

Formation  of  demand  for  innovation  is  a  challenging  and  complex  task  which currently  complicate  such  important  factors  as  Russia’s  accession  to  the  WTO,  anti Russian economic sanctions, the devaluation of the national currency caused by the fall in world oil prices. I have analyzed and evaluated all these factors.

According to the survey I believe that the allocation of defense contracts as the main locomotive of the national economy, the intensification of cooperation with China and several other countries, nonaligned to sanctions in terms of borrowing and investment funds, the consolidation of all the material and intellectual resources will allow Russia to count on a positive result in the global struggle for economic dominance.
