From a number of traditional finishing platings for mounting brazing electronic components is selected a new type of coatingimmersion tin with barrier sublayer. We have rated coatings applied to extreme operating conditions peculiar to aerospace systems. It is shown that in a number of wellknown coatings, in particular gold, nickel, an immersion tin has a significant advantage in mass production of electronics and in ensuring the reliability of the technical means of avionics. In conclusion we have given results of comparative tests ability to the soldering of common widespread finishing coverings in the wide range of aggressive exterior influences.
