Today, a specialist that comes to the labour market must constantly update his knowledge or obtain additional specialization to meet the requirements of employers and to insure against unemployment. The solutions for these tasks provide the institutions of further vocational training. Quality control training involves both external evaluation and self- evaluation of the activities of such institutions at the national and international levels. The article examines educational services quality self-assessment technique, developed and tested in the Novosibirsk branch of the Academy for Standardization, Metrology and Certification. It is one of the leading institutions on further vocational training of Western and Eastern Siberia. In article authors contains the positive application results of this technique.
