The current firmware enhances the processing of materials greatly. To make effective use of these opportunities it is necessary to change outdated technology and organization of production and the involvement of technology experts with experience in such implementation will also ensure the maximum effect.
At the basis of our approach there is the possibility to organize the manufacture of the details with the technology developed for the customer by our own production. The basis of this technology is the ability to provide a customer with prepared products or the components for complex products that are fully compatible with the existing production process.
In our study we analyzed the conditions of the proposed approach, the requirements for basic production, including attendants. We have also analyzed the conditions, the presence of which will allow modernizing industry in the country and we gave the examples of the use of thirdparty intelligence.
Thus, there are always the reasons for the improvement of the production process: technical, technological, organizational, and financial. By attracting “thirdparty potential” it is possible to implement measures to improve the production connecting it to the specific circumstances of a particular production, a workshop, even a machine. To ensure the implementation of longterm plans, to improve the economy, to bring new ideas and even to change the ideology of production.
