We have described the laser technologies on the basis of robotic complexes’ technological platform of the third generation for restoration of die tooling. As it is known,

laser technology, form restoration,

the described economic indicators of high-performance technologies application

robotic complex

significantly worsen while reduction the equipment and personnel loading extent.

Robots of the third generation are capable to process independently information by means of computer sight system. On the basis of the programme of recognition of objects geometry and technology of the choice of the allowed interventions they can independently perform technological operations.

Robots of the third generation are capable to be recustomized from surfacing on hardening, from tempering on cleaning, from cleaning on ablation, from cutting on welding, and are able to create a greater opportunity for loading. All these quickly and flexibly.

Results of introduction of laser training and surfacing in forge production of KAMAZ have shown that annual economic effect can exceed 220 million rubles at continuous use of this technology.
