I believe that the management system of industrial enterprises in Russia should be adapted to the current realities: (a) deep economic crisis and intensive integration processes; (b) a significant reduction in state support for enterprises; (c) network competition; (d) rapid development of new information technologies.
I have presented generalized data on inventory management in domestic enterprises and have proposed an organizational mechanism to ensure the optimal level of stocks, meeting the modern conditions of management organizations.
