Substantially to bring down risk of the difficult technical systems introduction already on the stage of pre-production models development, verification of the planned properties and possibilities of the created technical system elements comes true with the use of the special programmatic-technical complexes, so-called мechatronic systems.
We investigated the problem of creation of the mechatronic systems for the test of corresponding equipment. There is an enormous variety of the designed and incul- cated technical objects. We consider, creation of мechatronic devices for quality of standards of the created technique control always remains an individual task. And this task depends on the certain required properties and operating descriptions, although some positions remain general. For a programmatic management a process is work out the specialized interface. The cost of creation of the мechatronic systems can appear too high. Therefore the criterion of their use is a size of risk of project on the whole.
We gave an examples of testing using MS elements of equipment and equipment control systems test of MS elements of equipment and sensor-based systems.
