The problem in this article is relevant in connection with holding the development and introduction of new technologies, which are potentially harmful both to the environment and to the material and the production values and human resources. Such technologies, primarily related to the production, processing, storage and transportation of flammable and combustible liquids and gases. As a rule risks are usually determined on the basis of accumulated statistical material on incidents and accidents on the existing similar dangerous production facilities. Such experience in our country does not exist in marine oil. Therefore we proposed an approach that define the risk based on identified dangerous and harmful factors by calculating the probability of particular interest. We analysed the quantitative values of risks depending on the factors at different rates of a risk probability.
