Currently the formation of analytical and diagnostic services industry in Russia is hampered by a number of objective factors. It allows any user to obtain the required information on the status (composition, quality, security, authentication, and other) of the object of interest. If we take into account the common analytical tasks of laboratory community we should solve the unification questions of the laboratory services not in the narrow departmental interests, but in the complex technology. They include the full range of enterprises activities and this sector organizations. The most effective solution is the creation of associations on the basis of industry, vested with public status of self-regulatory organization.

Поверка средств измерений в свете ФЗ «Об обеспечении единства измерений»

Рассматривается один из важнейших вопросов системы обеспечения единства измерений — поверка СИ. В первом разделе приводятся общие сведения о поверке СИ, поверочных схемах, критериях качества поверки. Второй раздел посвящен метрологическим требованиям к СИ в соответствии с положениями ФЗ «Об обеспечении единства измерений». В третьем разделе изложен опыт реализации на практике положений ФЗ по организации поверки СИ, а также взаимодействие поверочных и калибровочных лабораторий в системе дистанционной поверки почтовых весов.

Материал может быть использован в учебном процессе при подготовке метрологов, а также в производственной деятельности предприятий, организаций.
