We showed the researchers result at the Moscow Aviation Institute on cartographic development of the organizational processes in the potential personnel training in the rocket and space industry. The curriculum should consider and implement the requirements of organizational planning for future processes, we believe. Also it should participate in their implementation to assess the competencies development level.
We had describe the experience of developing and applying a map of organizational planning for basic educational processes. They allow you to track the stages according to standard and actual time, monitor deviations and measures of preventive management. This reduces the risk of stalling or delaying processes, preventing transitions from the laminar flow of labor to the turbulent phase of the process.
Potential staff must have all the necessary competencies for competitive development and be prepared in such a way that their professional and organizational adaptation in the enterprise takes place as soon as possible.
Involving students in the preparatory process of the practice allows them to familiarize themselves with the features of the organizational culture, evaluate the feasibility of their proposed changes in the accepted practice programs and coordinate the activities of all participants in the process — the practice leaders from the institute, the mentors in the enterprise and the students themselves.
Assessment of the development competence level in organizational planning is carried out by the a posteriori method after experimental approbation of developments in real organizational and managerial tasks or in the framework of henatural modeling. This allows future specialists not only to get acquainted with new tools of self- organization and self-development, but also to implement them in their own practice and to assess the development of their own organizational competencies.
