In this article theoretical and methodological aspects of management processes modeling of the region is on consideration. They are based on the analysis of the links between parameters which play an essential role in the organization of regional management. For the definition of the regional system’s improvement and development directions in general and also its subsystems, the deep system analysis is carried out. The methodology of such analysis based on the usage of methods of statistical supervision is offered.
The practical importance of work is that the regional management modeling processes’ methodology offered by the author, allows authorities of any region to project the model taking into account specifics of the region and thus to increase efficiency of region functioning according to the main aim of management and the principles of general quality management, achieving the greatest possible values of the set criteria.

При разработке учебного пособия был учтен национальный и международный опыт, а также требования серии нормативных документов ОЭСР «Принципы надлежащей лабо- раторной практики и мониторинг соответствия» и гармонизированных с ними национальных и межгосударственных стандартов серии «Принципы надлежащей лабораторной практики».
