As the car made for man, not vice versa, and as long as a person, not a robot, controlled mechanical wheeled vehicles at-rank traffic accidents should be, first and foremost, is Cach in the right or wrong, rightly or wrongly, quiet, suspension or spontaneous chaotic behavior, for that matter, and other road users: motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians. It is behavior that is determined by the physical and mental capabilities, varying in time and space under the influence of various external and internal factors, both negative and positive impacts. Traffic accidents are one of heavy plate for mankind thoughtless and uncontrolled use of dangerous by its very nature motorized wheeled vehicles. And they, if not complete eradication, then certainly, at least, a significant reduction can be achieved by a better understanding of human behavior behind the wheel and on a pedestrian crossing.
