Competence  of  organization’s  employees  is  largely  determined  by  the  quality  of  their education.  The  competence  level  and  the  quality  of  graduates’  education  today  does not  meet  the  needs  of  employers  and  may  prevent  the  development  of  organization’s high-tech  business  and  innovative  development  of  the  country.  From  a  strategic perspective  this  should  lead  to  a  change  in  the  structure  of  the  education  system  and improve the quality of education. The purpose of this article is to explore the ways to improve  personnel’s  competence  and  education  quality.  To  achieve  this  goal,  we  have investigated:

(1) specifics of a problem of increase of competence and quality of education;

(2)  ways  of  increase  of  competence  and  quality  of  education  of  personnel  of  the

organizations; (3) structural elements of ways of improvement of quality of education.

The  results  of  the  article  may  be  useful  in  the  development  of  strategies  for improving the quality of education in view of the influence on this process by scientific and technological progress, business organizations and civil society.
