The author offers one of the possible solutions to the issues of quality planning to improve product quality. The proposed method includes the monitoring and measurement of products, data collection and statistical analysis, decisions on corrective and preventive actions. The author considers its implementation on the example of garment production that produces technical polymer container soil filled devices for ballasting and fixing on the project marks trunk pipelines operated in difficult environmental conditions. In article I showed that the described method of collection and analysis of data on quality of production contributes to the defects decrease. In addition method helps conduction of the economic analysis of costs on the maintenance of quality of manufactured products in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 52380.2-2005 Guidelines for Economics of quality.
