Methodological mechanizm of the control systems’ theory can be used to control the military-industrial complex enterprises’ production competitiveness. That is a practice-oriented methodology of the provisions application of the system approach. The authors determined the competitiveness management factors of the military- industrial complex products on the basis of control systems theory. They proposed the model of creation formation and after-sales service of military products program. The authors introduced the composite index of the products competitiveness, developed the expert mathematical model for assessment, which is a convenient tool for the development of state and corporate management optimal systems. The results showed the convergence of the quality indicators with the real sector settings, confirmed the correctness of the statement that the necessary competitiveness indicators can be achieved only on condition of joint actions of the state, business and society.
