We studied the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union (with the exception of Russia) in the field of control and supervision of the mineral fertilizers circulation. At the same time, the stage of the end user — the legal entity and the population — was especially carefully studied. State control and supervisory authorities for the treatment in the field of agrochemicals in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are defined. Differences in the organization of state control and supervision over compliance with mandatory product requirements are made.

In addition, we showed differences in the organization of state control and supervision over compliance with mandatory product requirements.

As a result of the study, we have shown the possibility of developing general principles for the implementation of the control and supervisory activities of the authorized state bodies in the EAEU countries.
