In this article the aspect of the creation of an innovative approach to human resource management in enterprises of rocket-space enterprises is examined. In terms of economic and political pressure of world competition, this problem can be seen against the background of shortages of various types of resources including human. Consideration of the human aspect in the implementation of innovation is important and fundamental. Development and innovation in the management system must be based on a thorough analysis of the existing system of personnel management, to identify its weaknesses and opportunities, as well as to meet the requirements of the latest trends in the field of human resource management and the specifics of the enterprise. After applying the analysis of the strategic development plans of the leading manufacturing companies RSP received the results and proposals on innovation.
