Authors: M.G. Barinova, Voronezh Branch of FSAEI FVT Academy for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Training) (Voronezh Branch of FSAEI FVT ASMS)A.F. Khegay, FSAEI FVT ASMSYu.M. Sapego, Voronezh Branch of FSAEI FVT ASMS, PhD (Ec.)A.I. Solyanik, Voronezh Branch of FSAEI FVT ASMS, Prof. Dr. (Tech.), dir@asms-vrn.ruIn recent years, in new socio-economic conditions, the country’s technological sovereignty has become the main factor of economic growth and national security: it presupposes the scientific, technical and industrial development of its own industries and technologies, and the independence of politics and economics from foreign technologies. The concept of technological sovereignty is one of the main strategic development goals of Russia and its regions. The article talks about the relevance and importance of standardization and quality management against the background of the need to ensure Russia’s technological sovereignty, which is noted at all levels of government. Mechanisms for reengineering the system of lifelong education in the field of standardization and quality management as an element of the formation of the country’s technological sovereignty are considered, as well as approaches to assessing its level of support are presented.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-04-09

Authors: A.I. Shinkevich, FSBEI HE Kazan National Research Technological University (FSBEI HE KNRTU), Prof. Dr. (Ec.) Dr. (Tech.), ashinkevich@mail.ruA.A. Lubnina, FSBEI HE KNRTU, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Ec.), alsu1982@yandex.ruS.S. Kudryavtseva, FSBEI HE KNRTU, Prof. Dr. (Ec.), sveta516@yandex.ruThe introduction of Western sanctions in the form of restrictions on trade agreements, closure of airspace, and restrictions on the movement of various modes of transport has led to a change in supply chains and negatively affected the Russian transport system. The article provides a diagnostics of the state of the transport complex of Russia, and also considers the indicators of innovative development in dynamics for 2018–2023. Based on the obtained analysis, promising directions for the transformation of the transport complex in accordance with the current concept of Logistics 5.0 are proposed. This will improve the efficiency of the economic system, the standard and quality of life of the population.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-10-13

Monitoring a Manufacturing System: Using Bluetooth Low Energy
Authors: A.I. Tagaev, FSBEI HE Moscow State University of Technology STANKIN (FSBEI HE MSUT STANKIN), ai@tagaev.comE.D. Korshunova, FSBEI HE MSUT STANKIN, Prof. Dr. (Ec.), edkorshunova@yandex.ruThe accelerated pace of development of domestic industrial production stimulates the search for new, flexible and cost-effective systems for collecting and processing data on the condition of equipment, movement of materials and personnel actions in real time, as traditional monitoring systems turn out to be expensive and complex. The authors consider Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to be one of the promising directions in creating alternative wireless solutions. In the given article we have studied the methods of using BLE in organizing monitoring of a production system. The main advantages are given, and schemes of work with a practical example of developing a special protocol based on the specified technology are proposed.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-14-19

Quality Management of High-Tech Products Using ISI Technologies
Authors: E.V. Ryzhkova, Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies (SSUGT), alena.tarasova.2014@mail.ruA.V. Shaburova, SSUGT, Assoc. Prof. Dr. (Ec.), aelita_shaburova@mail.ruIn conditions of global competition and rapid technological progress, high-tech products are becoming an important element of economic growth and innovative development. Managing the quality of such products is a critical factor that directly affects their competitiveness. Modern ISI technologies, including automated control systems, big data analysis, digital twins and machine learning, play a key role in optimizing quality management processes. However, the implementation of these technologies is accompanied by a number of difficulties that require detailed analysis and development of recommendations. In the course of this study, an analysis of existing scientific papers has been conducted on the problems of quality management of high-tech products using intelligent manufacturing and information technologies.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-24-28

Assessment of Product Quality at the Stages of the Life Cycle by the Customer
Authors: A.V. Kirov, LLC Medialogia, glarbb@mail.ruOne of the main tasks of the product life cycle management system being developed is product quality management at all stages of the life cycle. Important components in this case are the calculation of quality and reliability indicators, as well as the assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the product quality management system. In this work, a unified methodology has been developed for evaluating the product quality management system by the customer’s representative office at specific stages of the life cycle, including at the operational stage. The indicators characterizing the degree of maintaining the quality of the product at the stage of operation and the degree of maintaining the normalized indicator of the final result are proposed. To analyze the data obtained, a system of gradations for evaluating the product quality management system has been developed and recommendations for the main participants in the product life cycle have been worked out.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-29-34

Environmental Safety and Product Quality Management in the Heat and Power Industry
Authors: M.M. Samoshkin, Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, mik4836@yandex.ruThe most important industry in the unified energy system of the Russian Federation is thermal energy, consisting of regional and local central heating supply systems. The article provides the analysis of the main tasks of the heat and power industry, to reduce the negative impact on the environment and modern methods for intensification, ensuring resource and energy efficiency, reliability and environmental safety of central heating supply (CHS) enterprises as complex chemical and techno-energy systems. The necessity of state regulation of the activities of CHS enterprises and the application of the theory of engineering of resource-energy efficient CHS enterprises is substantiated. The methods of assessment and ways of preventing the dangerous impact of CHS enterprises on the environment are described.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-35-41

Practical Aspects of Mastering the Verification of Temperature Standards of the 1st Category
Authors: M.V. Golobokov, FBI State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in Novosibirsk Region, PhD (Tech.), malachit_40@inbox.ruI have described the solution of a number of problems that arose during the development of verification of temperature standards of the 1st category. A refined procedure for determining inhomogeneity is proposed, additional requirements for external conditions during measurements are listed, and the permissible value of inhomogeneity is specified. It has been experimentally confirmed that the method established in the verification procedure for estimating the random component of the measurement error when verifying reference thermoelectric thermal converters of the 1st category underestimates the results obtained by 1.2–2.1 times. The work can be useful for specialists involved in the verification of measuring instruments and temperature standards.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-42-47

Authors: V.Yu. Chernov, Volga State University of Technology (VSUT), PhD (Tech.), chernovvy@volgatech.netM.S. Chernova, VSUT, PhD (Tech.), chernovams@volgatech.netA.N. Nosova, VSUT, nosovaan@volgatech.netThe work examines the issues of efficiency and development possibilities of small enterprises (microenterprises) in the field of small concrete products production for construction. The analysis of prerequisites for their inclusion in the unified list of products subject to mandatory certification is carried out. The practical results of this event in the conditions of the real market are assessed. Concluding the analysis, the authors note that it was conducted on the basis of the construction goods market of only one of the republics of the Russian Federation. Therefore, in the interests of the development of the entire state and improving the efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises, they consider it advisable to comprehensively explore market segments throughout the country with the involvement of business representatives.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-2-54-57
