The experience of using digital technologies in the educational process is analyzed. It is revealed that such technologies contribute to the growth of students’ motivation and improve the quality of education due to the convenience of work, the ability to implement an individual approach to learning, interactivity, the use of animation and game. However, they require regular updating of the content and have a high cost. The possibility of developing a practiceoriented methodology for conducting practical classes in the study of the discipline Metrology, Standardization and Certification is shown and an example of the introduction of such a methodology into the educational process is given. The advantages of using the ARSHIN foundation in the implementation of interactive, projectbased and problembased learning are noted. The conclusion about the expediency and prospects of using the fund as a tool to improve the quality of teaching metrology is substantiated.

Trends in Standardization of Innovative Domestic ICT Solutions
Authors: I.I. Antonova, PEI HE Timiryasov Kazan Innovative University, Prof. Dr. (Ec.)
N.S. Seliverstova, FSAEI HE Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, PhD (Ec.), nat-grig17@yandex.ru
Modern trends in technological development are multiple with a vector to strengthen the product line. Due to the implementation of the import substitution policy, the departure of Western vendors and the emergence of new niches in the Russian IT market, there is a multiple increase in products, including in such new areas as software and hardware complexes, biometric terminals, etc. Such complex products, new to the market, require the organization of production processes taking into account the best practices of quality management and the development of a system of national standards. An analysis of the problems of standardization of technological directions has shown that the time period for the development of a system of national standards for new integrated solutions is about 10 years, and the higher the complexity and diversification of new products, the longer it will take to consolidate best practices in standards.

Artificial Intelligence Technology in Recording Violations on Roads
Authors: O.V. Knyaz’kina, FSBEI HE Siberian State Industrial University, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Tech.), dmtov@mail.ru
R.M. Khamitov, FSBEI HE Kazan State Power Engineering University, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Tech.), hamitov@gmail.com
The scale of road safety problems in the context of growing urbanization is beyond doubt. There is talk of changing approaches to organizing road safety on highways with the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the transport sector. Automatic systems for monitoring the situation, including smart cameras, make it possible to ensure road safety, monitor traffic and record violations of traffic rules. The regulatory framework for recording violations through smart cameras already exists and may be reflected in the Digital Code, which is currently under development. In the future, it will be possible to track offenses not only by drivers, but also by pedestrians.

Multi-Criteria Evaluation of Oily Wastewater Treatment Technology
Authors: I.D. Nikitin, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Gubkin University), ivanfland1997@gmail.com
S.V. Ostakh, Gubkin University, PhD (Tech.), ostah2009@yandex.ru
    T.A. Kosmynina, Gubkin University, t.tatkosma@yandex.ru
The purpose of the present work is a multicriteria evaluation of the technology of oily wastewater treatment by coalescence method in a model region, as well as to conduct a comparative characterization of the use of different types of coalescing filters using Harrington’s desirability function. The use of coalescence unit allows also to additionally purify the process water. The described technology is realized in the model region Kogalym, providing the necessary conditions for testing the efficiency and carrying out calculations. The results of multicriteria selection of the optimal type of filters realizing the coalescence method using Harrington’s desirability function are presented.

On the Feasibility of Integrating Management Systems in an Educational Institution
Authors: K.A. Kuznetsova, FSBEI HE Samara State Technical University (FSBEI HE Samara Polytech), k.xenia2001@gmail.com
I.Yu. Fedotova, FSBEI HE Samara Polytech, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Tech.)
In order to combine and coordinate various aspects of the management of the educational process in the field of higher education, it became necessary to develop integrated management systems. In the article, we have investigated the possibility of integrating a quality management system and an occupational safety and health management system in a higher education institution. The positive aspects and possible obstacles to such system integration were identified. It has been confirmed that the integration of these two systems enables Samara State Technical University to optimize management processes, maintaining high standards of education and ensuring safety and accident prevention at the educational institution. In addition, combining quality and safety management in one system saves time and resources, and increases the effectiveness of the university’s overall management.

Quality Management Systems of Self-Sufficient Units of Organizations
Authors: S.L. Aleksandrov, Samara Branch of FSAEI FVT Academy for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Training) (Samara Branch of FSAEI FVT ASMS), FBI State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in Samara Region (FBI Samara CSM), PhD (Tech.), Senior Researcher

Complexstructured organizations have selfsufficient units. They are characterized by the completeness of the production cycle, which can result in products or services in demand by consumers. Due to its organizational features, a selfsufficient unit is a convenient and most suitable facility for improving the efficiency of not only its own activities, but also the effective functioning of complexstructured organizations as a whole. We have established the demand for the development of quality management systems for selfsufficient divisions of organizations. The use of a model that meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001 is declared. Options for the development and integration of QMS of organizations and their selfsufficient divisions, the possibilities of unifying general procedures for meeting requirements while maintaining opportunities for improvement are considered.

Increase in the degree of technological risks associated with the technologies planned for use leads to the increase in the cost and delay of development work. In this regard, at the initial stages of development of complex samples of technology, it is necessary to conduct a timely assessment of the readiness of the scientific and technological backlog. The subject of this study is the mathematical support of the decision support system for assessing the readiness to open development work. The result of the conducted research is the architecture of mathematical support of the decision support system for automation of the process of assessment of readiness of the development work on the development of a complex piece of equipment, taking into account the identified shortcomings of foreign software tools, and based on assessments of design, production readiness and readiness of the testing base.

We have discussed the problem of managing the process of research testing of electric rocket engines. Models of the process are built, the developed system of model elements (subprocesses and tasks) of the main stages with the indication of the regulating normative and technical documents and the algorithm for ensuring the reliability of the results of the testing of electric rocket engines are presented. All these developments will make it possible to more effectively manage the process of research testing of electric rocket engines and further create a base for automating the workflow of the process. They can also become an effective additional analysis tool for solving the problem of process optimization.

In the article, we have presented a method for numerical modeling of vortex flowmeters in order to determine the limits of their applicability based on the condition of the existence of a Karman track in the flow of the medium. A quantitative estimate of the flow rates corresponding to the specified boundary states was obtained. Modeling was performed using the finite element method and the ANSYS 5.6 program. The results of the work can be used when calibrating vortex flowmeters.
