Risk Assessment of the Research Results Implementation into Samples of Technical Systems
Authors: V.Yu. Korchak, Innovative Technology Center of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (ITC of BMSTU), Dr. (Ec.), Full Member of the Russian Academy of Rocket and Artillery Sciences, korchak.v@mail.ruD.E. Baranov, ITC of BMSTU, PhD (Tech.)K.L. Devin, ITC of BMSTU, PhD (Tech.)A.D. Yurin, ITC of BMSTU, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Tech.)Various methods are currently used to quantify risk, with statistical methods being the most common. In the article, a methodological approach to assessing the risks of introducing the results of fundamental and exploratory research into technical systems in the implementation of activities of government programs is presented. The proposed methodology is based on a system of expert assessments, followed by the application of one of the statistical methods — the dispersion method of quantitative risk assessment. This approach is universal, which allows it to be used for the analysis of the risk of diverse works and the integral assessment of program activities related to the implementation of the results of fundamental and exploratory research into technical systems for various purposes.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-04-09

On Concept of the Economic Agents Interaction Managing Effectiveness
Authors: Yu.M. Niyazova, FSBEI HE Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography, PhD (Ec.), y_niyazova@edu.miigaik.ruD.G. Smekalov, FSBSI Analytical Center, PhD (Ec.)The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of effectiveness of managing the interaction of economic agents. The issues of production efficiency, management, business processes and business structures have been studied by many domestic and foreign scientists. Nevertheless, there is currently no generally accepted concept of efficiency in the economic literature, and there are a variety of interpretations. In the article we have discussed the main approaches to defining the concept of efficiency. Our definition of the concept of effectiveness of economic agents interaction managing is proposed on the basis of the result-cost concept of determining efficiency: the effectiveness of managing the interaction of economic agents is proposed to be understood as the most general property that determines the possibilities of achieving the goals of managing the interaction of agents at a specific time interval and expresses the degree to which they are achieved, taking into account the specifics of economic agents, as well as resource and time constraints for them.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-10-15

Main Modules of Semi-Permanent Hardware & Software Monitoring Complexes
Authors: A.I. Tagaev, FSAEI HE Moscow State University of Technology STANKIN (FSAEI HE MSUT STANKIN), ai@tagaev.comE.D. Korshunova, FSAEI HE MSUT STANKIN, Prof. Dr. (Ec.), edkorshunova@yandex.ru 1In the context of Industry 4.0, continuous and accurate monitoring of equipment becomes a key factor in reducing downtime and improving production efficiency. The semi-permanent hardware and software complex combines the flexibility of portable solutions with the reliability of permanent installations. The proposed architecture of a semi-permanent hardware and software monitoring complex creates the basis for the implementation of predictive analytics and scaling in corporate MES/ERP systems. We have described the information flows from taking raw readings to transferring results to cloud microservices and visualization for operators. Particular attention is paid to energy saving algorithms on the sensor side and transmission stability.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-16-23

Management of Production Infrastructure: Power Supply Systems
Authors: R.N. Pigilova, FSBEI HE Kazan State Power Engineering University (FSBEI HE KGEU), rozapigilova@yandex.ruZ.I. Galyamova, FSBEI HE KGEUA.I. Akhmetshin, FSBEI HE KGEUEnergy security and sustainable development of industrial sectors of the economy directly depend on the quality and reliability of power supply systems. Therefore, the design and operation of efficient power supply systems are becoming key tasks for ensuring the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in the market. The article provides recommendations for the selection and installation of equipment for power supply in industrial enterprises and provides an in-depth analysis of factors that directly affect the efficiency of the system as a whole. This allows for the construction of the production process taking into account its specific features and technological requirements, ensuring rational energy consumption, and properly positioning the equipment within the enterprise, which contributes to the convenience of operation, increased safety, and improved efficiency.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-24-27

Technology Benchmarking: Resource Efficiency Aspects
Authors: D.О. Skobelev, Research Institute Environmental Industrial Policy Center, Bureau of Best Available Techniques, Dr. (Ec.)The article presents approaches to the technology benchmarking in the context of the transition to the environmental and technological regulation. The author emphasizes that in the Russian Federation, in order to determine Best Available Techniques, benchmarking has been run since 2015 in accordance with clearly defined methodological approaches. Notably, by now, as a result of a comparative analysis of technologies, sector environmental performance indicators (technological indicators of emissions), resource efficiency (reflecting the consumption of natural and secondary resources in the production processes), and indicative parameters of greenhouse gas emissions (or carbon intensity indicators) are being established and continually improved. The conclusion is that benchmarking is becoming an increasingly recognized, effective management tool that allows making informed, substantiated decisions necessary to improve the national industrial policy, build technological leadership, and achieve environmental well-being.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-28-34

Integration of Machine Learning Methods into Technological Processes of Production
Authors: A.V. Groshev, Romashin Obninsk Scientific and Production Enterprise Technology, haritonovdv@technologiya.ruTraditional quality control methods based on statistical analysis of historical data do not provide sufficient accuracy for forecasting in modern high-tech production. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in using machine learning techniques to solve quality management problems in various industries. Ensemble methods, which combine the advantages of different algorithms, have proven to be particularly promising. The paper considers the application of ensemble of machine learning algorithms for predicting quality characteristics of technical ceramics products. A mathematical model based on gradient boosting (XGBoost) and deep neural networks (DNN) has been developed, providing 94.7 % prediction accuracy (95 % CI: 93.2– 96.1 %). The model integrates 27 technological parameters and 32 categorical features to predict 8 quality indicators.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-35-39

Prevention of Customers Claims to the Quality of Manufacturing Parts & Assemblies
Authors: S.V. Kas’yanov, Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University — KAI (KNRTU — KAI), Assoc. Prof. PhD (Tech.)V.D. Mogilevets, KNRTU — KAI, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Tech.), mogilevec-val@mail.ruM.M. Akhsanov, LLC Techprom, etk-pro@yandex.ruLarge industrial companies transfer small-batch orders for manufacturing of parts and units for equipment repair to small enterprises. Quality requirements are extremely high. Occurrence of defects after equipment repair at the customer practically means the closure of the supplier company. To prevent potential defects in the order fulfillment process, the experience of wide implementation of the automotive quality management system standard procedures is used in the automotive industry (International Automotive Task Force 16949, IATF 16949). Each order is treated as a separate project. During the analysis of customer requirements, a cross-functional team of managers and specialists assesses consequences severity of probable potential defects.DOI: 10.24412/1993-8780-2025-8-40-44
