An Integrated Approach to Standardization in the Implementation of CALS Technologies
Authors: Yu.V. Kruglova, Institute for Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming of MIREA — Russian Technological University, METKA LLC, yuliya-frolova-1987@mail.ru
Today, the theory of generations has gained great popularity in the field of marketing and management of organizations. At the same time, the peculiarities of different generations of specialists are taken into account when working with staff and clients, when planning educational processes in universities and schools, when creating advertising and promoting products. Modern aspects of standardization work are considered, due to the peculiarities of information perception by specialists and employees of the new generation, as well as the need to transform the presentation of information in the internal standards of organizations of the rocket and space industry. The directions of adaptation and transformation of standards of organizations and their application using visualization tools are proposed.

Application of the Risk Influence Integral Coefficient at the Enterprise
Authors: K.A. Shalin, MIREA — Russian Technological University (RTU MIREA), kirillshalin@ya.ru
M.A. Nazarenko, RTU MIREA, Assoc. Prof. PhD (Phys.-Math.), nazarenko@mirea.ru
The article is devoted to the description of methods and applications and the analysis of the choice of methods and the applicability of probabilistic methods of risk assessment at enterprises of the radioelectronic complex. We have highlighted the key features and advantages of each method, as well as the possibilities of its application depending on the specifics of production. The Bayesian method was chosen as the most optimal method for risk assessment at the radioelectronic complex enterprise. The essence of the integral coefficient concept is analyzed in relation to the specifics of the industry. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the lack of universality of the integral risk assessment coefficient for understanding the effectiveness of the production process.

On the Organization of Resource Efficient Production Systems in Metallurgical Industry
Authors: I.S. Kuroshev, FSAI Research Institute Environmental Industrial Policy Center, i.kuroshev@eipc.center
The global economy successfully operates a mechanism that allows harmoniously combining economic interests with concern for the environment and resource conservation. This mechanism is based on the concept of the Best Available Techniques (BAT). Being developed and gradually introduced in the Russian Federation, the BAT implementation practice has shown that the key BAT element is resource efficiency. This efficiency is one of the most important factor for such a basic industry as metallurgical production. The article studies methodological approaches to managing resource efficient production systems in the metallurgical industry using the BAT concept, which, in addition to methodological approaches, also contains all the necessary mechanisms to ensure the dynamic development of enterprises and metallurgy in general.

To maintain the competitiveness of enterprises in the aircraft engine industry, it is necessary to modernize production and production processes. Human resources are a key component of the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole, therefore it is necessary to examine the ability of employees to quickly adapt to new conditions, readiness for training and development. The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for studying the metacompetencies of enterprise employees regarding the processes of modernization and automation of production. The methodology was developed on the basis of the implicit association test and is designed to solve the problems of team formation, optimization of the organization’s investment in personnel training and development, and evaluation of training programs. The authors describe the logic of the formation of the methodology, the procedure for conducting it, and the method of validation.

Water Quality Management Models in Water Resource Systems
Authors: A.A. Berezina, St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, anybaranova299751@yandex.ru
In the article, I have presented a model of a local controlled water disposal system. It allows making analysis and optimization of wastewater management at the level of a specific facility or territory. I have formulated an optimization problem, the solution of which makes it possible to select and justify the best option for the design of the water outlet. A methodology to justify the design of a water outlet has been developed, and criteria for the effectiveness of automated technological processes for cleaning industrial wastewater have been determined in order to improve the quality of purified water. The main attention I have paid to the selection of optimal parameters of the diffuser structure, which affects the quality of water in the control section.

The technological process of nitrocementation consists in simultaneously saturating the steel surface with nitrogen and carbon. The normalized parameter of the technological process of nitrocementation is the value of the saturated layer, which is determined by grinding during metallographic studies. As in any diffusion process, this parameter is characterized by significant unevenness. Therefore, it is of interest to evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results of the amount of the nitrocemented layer using a metallographic method in production conditions. An estimation technique is proposed and an example of calculating the uncertainty of the measurement results of the nitrocemented layer using a metallographic method is given.
